Overview

Kocho Kakû Gûchya was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1123, by Annúngiliel. The establishment of Kocho Kakû Gûchya suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kocho Kakû Gûchya which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Kocho Kakû Gûchya was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kocho Kakû Gûchya is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Kocho Kakû Gûchya is buildings are built arround a single premissive cobblestone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Kocho Kakû Gûchya's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the city's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. The city's boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.

A look around Kocho Kakû Gûchya makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Kocho Kakû Gûchya’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The city seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Points of Interest

Some important ruler or leading figure resides in the community. This may be the seat of a regional lord, or it could be the traditional residence of a high priest, great magus, merchant house, or other wielder of influence. The community itself may or may not be under their direct control, but the wishes of the august figure must be acknowledged by the locals.

Kocho Kakû Gûchya's roads were poorly made when first laid. Rather than repairing them correctly, a series of new roads was laid atop the old, leading to the streets of modern Kocho Kakû Gûchya suffering from potholes, cracking, and even sinkholes. The locals often repair the road by putting down wooden decking.
